Terms of use
These terms apply to the CloudScale website and to professional engagements booked through it.
Acceptance
By using https://cloudscale.digital or engaging CloudScale for professional services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book an engagement.
Services described
Pages describing Offline Wallet Oversight, Signer Coordination Sessions, Ledger Reconciliation Visits, and related work are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties accept a written fee note or engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and graphics belong to CloudScale or its licensors. You may not copy substantive content for commercial use without written permission. Engagement deliverables belong to the client upon full payment, except that CloudScale retains templates and methodologies used across clients.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for custody of devices, keys, and recovery material. CloudScale does not take possession of those items and is not a custodian, broker, or financial institution.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, CloudScale is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep fees, schedules, and descriptions current. Occasional errors may occur; the engagement letter controls over website copy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
