Who this is for

Corporate treasury, finance control, and operations leads who hold company value in offline wallets and need a register that survives audit questions. Typical clients keep two or more hardware devices under dual control and rotate signers across fiscal quarters.

Result

You receive a reconciled custody ledger, a signed procedure note for the next movement window, and a clear map of who may initiate, witness, and countersign. Gaps in seals, timestamps, or threshold rules are listed with suggested remedies — not software recommendations.

What is included

  • Intake of existing movement logs, seal photographs, and signer appointment letters
  • On-site observation of one dual-control access (when permitted by your policy)
  • Reconstruction of a chronological register from incomplete notes
  • Cross-check of threshold rules against the people currently authorized
  • Written handover pack for internal audit or external reviewers

What is excluded

  • Custody of devices or seed material
  • Execution of on-chain or banking transfers on your behalf
  • Legal opinions on regulatory classification
  • Ongoing day-to-day bookkeeping beyond the agreed cycle

Provider and process

A CloudScale practitioner leads the engagement from our desk at 46 Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul 04533. Work usually follows four stages: document intake, on-site observation, ledger rebuild, and briefing with your designated signers.

Duration and delivery

Most reviews finish in five to ten business days once documents arrive. Complex multi-entity wallets may need a second visit. Delivery is in person or by sealed courier for the paper pack, with a digital copy only when your policy allows.

Preparation

Before the first meeting, gather the current signer list, device inventory tags, the last completed movement log, and any prior auditor findings related to custody. Do not bring seed phrases to our office; we review process and records, not recovery material.

Constraints

We decline engagements that require us to hold private keys or to act as a substitute custodian. Visits to secure rooms follow your access rules and may need advance clearance.

Fee basis

Fees are quoted from wallet count, number of signer roles, and whether travel outside central Seoul is required. See the Fees page for starting ranges, then request a briefing with your inventory outline.
