Client Stories

Notes from finance and operations leads who invited us into a custody cycle. Voices vary; not every visit was effortless.

“They sat with our two hardware-wallet custodians and rebuilt the movement log from scratched notes into a register our external auditor could follow. The first week felt slow while they insisted on seeing the original seals.”

Hyejin Park — group treasury, Jung-gu holding company · Offline Wallet Oversight

“The signer session exposed that our leave cover had never been briefed on the countersign phrase. Awkward in the room, useful afterward. We still write the attestation by hand because typing invited shortcuts.”

Minsoo Han — operations control, logistics group · Signer Coordination Session

“Before quarter close they lined every slip against the master register and left us an exception list with owners. Two items remained open when they left — both ours to finish — but the rest of the pack was ready for audit intake.”

Sora Kim — finance manager, mid-size manufacturer · Ledger Reconciliation Visit

“I expected a thinner checklist. Instead they asked for appointment letters dating back three rotations. That request delayed us by four days and, frankly, annoyed me until the auditor later asked for the same letters.”

Jaehoon Lee — deputy CFO, family-owned trading firm · Offline Wallet Oversight

Extended story: dual-control room in Mapo

A client held three offline wallets across two subsidiaries that shared a single secure cabinet. Movement slips used different date formats, and one countersigner had left without a handover note. During Offline Wallet Oversight we observed one dual-control access, photographed seal positions with their permission, and rebuilt a single chronological register. The briefing with remaining signers focused on how to cancel a movement that had been prepared but not executed. The client later reused that cancellation wording during an unexpected holiday transfer freeze.
