When policy allows, we watch one dual-control access. We record who initiates, who witnesses, and how seals are applied — without handling keys or seed material.
Slips, photos, and register lines are reconciled into a chronological pack. Exceptions are listed with owners rather than buried in footnotes.
Appointed signers walk the updated procedure, including cancellation and leave cover. You leave with a paper handover pack suitable for audit intake.
Timing
Most Offline Wallet Oversight cycles finish in five to ten business days after documents arrive. Signer sessions can be booked alone when you only need rehearsal, not a full rebuild.
