Data we collect

- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Engagement records needed to deliver oversight, signer sessions, or reconciliation visits
We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or payment card numbers through the website form.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, perform contracted work, and meet recordkeeping duties under Korean law. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement files are retained for seven years or longer when accounting or dispute rules require. Analytics data follows the durations in our cookies notice.
